I love Carl's burgers! The fried zucchini is wonderful! Or grab some jalapeno poppers with your meal. The french fries are way better than McDonald's. If I'm gonna eat fast food, I'm gonna grab some Carl's Jr!

Fun, inexpensive menu. Lots of choices. Tbe food is exceptional for fast food. And the staff.... well, let's say it was our first visit and Tim entertained and fed us! Loved the staff.

It's 7:15 pm October 16th in Airway Heights. My grandson and I stopped fir dinner. The young man behind the vounter was amazing. He treated my 8 year old grandson like a friend. Went the extra mile to be sure we had an enjoyable experience. Additionally the food was great. THANK YOU

Pulled up and ordered at 8:47 5 min later still waiting In drive thru line. Work at TB, less than a football field away, where we're twice as busy and twice as fast. C'mon guys, it's not that hard, foods what I remember from working there, just wish it was a little faster. Took 10 min to get my food with 3 cars in DT charbroilers not that slow. Friendly cashier. Will go back, if infrequently.

Everytime we go there the food is stale,cold and incomplete. AND management doesn't seem to care. Our complaints have fallen on deaf ears. The first 4 times ok... but the 5th will never go back!!

This is my first good review for a Carl's Jr and I'm very proud and super excited to give it. Before last week I wouldn't recommend any Carl's Jr but if you want your food to look like the picture and taste like it was made with care this is the place. Amazing service and great food. The staff at this store did what corporate and at least 100 store's could not, make good food and treat costumer right. One person should be singled out, the one that prepared the breakfast​ burger at 6:45 am Thursday.

Bad service, nickel and dime you if you ask for onions removed and add lettuce (30cents for two burgers! Lol)However I love the sliders!

I waited 30 mins in the lobby to not even pay for my order, they only took drive thru orders, then as I waited the woman handling all the food, pulled up her pants and then picked her wedgie with both her hands. I used to go here every week but after this, never again!!!!

Good deals for 5 bucks. The staff are efficient and friendly. It is located in good location. I could easily see it from the hwy. Drive thru takes a minute but hopefully cause they make food fresh to order. 😀😁😂😃😊😉😋😎😄. Service always depends on who is working when you go in. I would recommend this store if your in the area.

We made a mistake coming to this location for lunch. When we walked in the wait staff was gabbing with some friends at the order line so we waited...and waited and after over a minute while still gabbing and not acknowledging us - WE WALKED OUT.We no longer consider any Carl Jr's for any meal because of the RUDE AND STUPID EMPLOYEES AT ALL LOCATIONS IN SPOKANE.

Great Food and fast service!

They forgot to put the fries in the bag at the drive thru. This is the second time. You don't realize til you are on the road and too far to go back. They also forgot my tacos on a seperate occasion. Be sure to check your order before driving off.

We went there last night. It took forever for us to get order. Once we did get it, It was completely messed up and over charged. Then to top it off my husband took our 5 year old to the bathroom. When they came out they just wanted to leave. The bathroom was so nasty to where it made my husband sick.Im the type that doesn't complaine usually. I've worked in fast food before. However whenever more then one thing happened and costumer service was bad. !!! Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving.

Great service and I love their delicious burgers! They've got good combo meal options and deals with more bang for your buck! So far my orders haven't been messed up. I recommend this place to all who love char-broiled burgers or burgers in general.

Just got Number 2 meal, and 9 stars nuggets!I request burgers and fries fresh, but they're didn't make like I requested , the burgers so bad and the fries is too much oily and bad bad ! And she not give me napkins @@ Carl's Jr in Airways heights was my fist choice , but now never come back!

Exactly what I ordered, lovely window support from staff, 1st time I've been called honey by anybody in a long time, took me by surprise but it was a smile on my face. Highly recommend this location & my Burger was the bomb

The fries and chocolate shake were excellent

its been consistently slow going in the drive-thru, and whoever owns it doesn't want to fix the big pothole as you turn left to exit.

Service was quick in the drive through the day I went. The worker was friendly and accommodating. I had the Beyond Meat burger with no cheeses, mayo or special sauce to make it vegan and it came out right. Added bbq sauce for flavor. Would highly recommend for a cheap quick vegan meal! Thank you Carl's Jr for meatless options!

Eat there all the time fast friendly and reliable good food

No one inside or drive thru and still we were parked for a couple of sandwiches. After waiting 15 minutes we go inside only to find out food on the counter cold and incomplete. Very dissatisfied

This location is a newer style Carl's Junior and I think very clean. I ordered breakfast at 8:00 am Friday with no one else in the store and it took over 10 minutes to get a sausage and buliscuit, hash browns and milk

Tastes like actual meat. Not like some other fast food places that taste like paper.

The Cherry Coke is very very very watered down or tastes like it anyways. Fries are terrible! Food just wasn't satisfying. Service wasn't bad though.

The breakfast burger I ordered was completely cold as well as the other sandwich. The only hot item were the taters. I paid about 13 dollars for cold food. I'll never come back here again due to lack of care in preparing food for customers.

The fries were hot and fresh which seems like a hit and miss with most fast food. My burger was made perfectly, the cashier at the window gave my dog a treat., and there was no wait to speak of which is amazing since it was 12 in the afternoon, a peak busy hour for fast food. Thanks Carl's Jr.... I'll be back!

Re heated fries, dirty stablishment

The workers there are very polite and they always know how to make you feel welcomed . The food here is super yummy and always hot and fresh. I would recommend this carls jr!.

The customer service was awful. The lady got our drinks wrong and didn’t even give us straws. There was hair in my food. As well as no bacon on my burger. Would not recommend it

carls jr in airway was aweful. the guy taking orders over speaker in drive through asked to repeat my order several times took 10 minutes to get the order on the screen right. got to the window and the female manager said it would be about 10 minutes for them to cook the food...when i got the food it was cold and had a long blond hair wrapped around it. the workers spoke and acted like they were high and had no idea what was going on.

Just went to drive through waited over 10 minutes in line. Got to window dude was all smiles and acted as though he was doing a great job. Didn't apologize for wait. Left with wrong order. Had to go in to get the right sandwich. Then drove off only to find no cheese on half of the egg and cheese sandwiches. LolPretty sure server guy was high on something.

Lettuce wrapped #19 without cheese, pickles, and mustard. Came just as ordered and they were polite. Quick to, asked if wanted any sauce as well. Good job and thank you. BUT i wish i could get a tomato slice for free since i dont like the pickles, onions, or mustard and i can not eat the cheese!
